Steel Bar Bender

Steel bar bender is one of the common mechanical equipment for machining steel bars. The working principle of  the bending machine is a horizontal working disc rotating on the vertical axis. The reinforcement is placed on the dotted line position in the figure, the supporting pin is fixed on the machine tool, and the central pin and bending pin are installed on the working disc. When the disc rotates, the reinforcement is bent. In order to bend the reinforcement of various diameters, there are several holes in the working plate for inserting and bending the pin shaft, and the center pin shaft of different diameters can also be replaced accordingly.
